Goodman Estates

This 4 acre project was redeveloped for an adjoining property owner, to help improve their property and the entire neighborhood.  It has generated lots of positive comments and was successful.

This was a difficult project to contain costs on, due to it's size and location.  We hope to break even and then provide a small return on initial equity.  In doing so we will be meeting the initial goals of the project.
